At Xo Riot, We are building confident, young women who compete with integrity, lead with character, and support one another through successes and adversity. We celebrate effort, accountability, growth, and teamwork. Our goal is not simply to build better softball players. We want to help build, strong, confident young women prepared for success both on and off the field.

We are looking for athletes who are coachable, competitive, committed, and willing to put in the work. Athletes who love the game and want to be part of something bigger than themselves.

Our goal isn’t just to win games. Our goal is to develop players, build confidence, create lasting friendships and provide an environment where every athlete has the opportunity to learn, grow, and compete.
